Okay - more on this. I started going through the resolution
recommendations in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=905809 just to see
if it would shed more light. I had ZERO problems when using a
workstation. So - the problem appears to be at the DC, and not at the
Exchange server.

On the new server or the old one? It's been run on the new server, and
everything is fine.
