Permissions, maybe?
Any error messages, event logs?
Of course, if a client is not MAPI capable, it wouldn't show Free/Busy
anyway. I don't remember whether Entourage is a MAPI client, but that's the
first thing you should check.

Also, another thing to throw out there. I do not believe that these users
are using Outlook. They all have their different flavors of mail clients
they're using (Entourage, Thunderbird etc)

All,
I'm having an issue with Free/Busy not showing up for users on a particular
server. That seems to be the common theme is that they're on a the same
server. But it's not everyone on that server that is having an issue.
Anyone ever have this issue?
Env. Exchange 2K3 cluster.
