Outlook and OWA are what publish free/busy data.  I'm pretty certain
Entourage does not, and I doubt that other IMAP clients do either.  If they
never use either Outlook or OWA, then their free/busy data will not be
published.

Also, another thing to throw out there.  I do not believe that these users
are using Outlook.  They all have their different flavors of mail clients
they're using (Entourage, Thunderbird etc)

I'm having an issue with Free/Busy not showing up for users on a particular
server.  That seems to be the common theme is that they're on a the same
server.  But it's not everyone on that server that is having an issue.
Anyone ever have this issue?
