First, your customer has unrealistic expectations in asking you to guarantee it willl never happen again. You cannot, in good conscience make such a guarantee. If he/she wants that then have them go back to pen and paper, or telephone.
Having said all that, E2K3 is good tech and works very well, but it is not perfect.
