Yea, i've done that as well.. I've even ran a search on the exact message and it's not in the mailbox or Recovered Deleted Items either.

The only thing I noticed is that the time stamp on the Exchange side is like 30 some mins different then the time stamp of the actual message sent out. I know this because one of the users who received the message forwarded to the user in question. Outlook is running live mode. I've checked to see if this person has any rules that might be delivering the email elsewhere, but to no avail. The Outlook clients are not in cache mode either. We are using an Exchange 2K3 cluster (active/passive) and the email was destined to a local recipient. Any ideas?
