Hi everyone,

I have a user (when working from home) she suddenly cannot open the second
mailbox-
Its our jobs@  mailbox-

I had her remove the mailbox from the advanced tab in outlook- and then try
to re-add it , but upon clicking ok she now gets
The Name could not be resolved. The action could not be completed.

She said the only thing she has done was to install windows updates (which
put her on i.e 7) her regular mailbox works fine-

Outlook 2003-connected via rpc over http
Xp pro sp2
Exchange 2003

Anyone come across this?
