Thanks, Andrey, that's probably a good guess, and I would further guess that
it's in the DIT. The way to verify that is to see if the RF list in one
server is replicated to other servers. Unfortunately, I only have one Exch
server. Maybe someone who uses RF and has multiple servers could check that
for me?

It's the IMF blacklist. It's under Global Settings > Message Delivery >
Recipients > Properties > Recipient Filtering.
I actually use it as a whitelist for Greylist for Exchange

list? which is almost impossible to manage in the GUI if you have more

3 entries. I've looked through the Registry, but couldn't find it.
