How are you moving people? If you're using the Move Mailbox Wizard to do an intraorganizational move, then you shouldn't have to do anything. If you're using a tool to do an interorganizational move, then you might ask your tool vendor if they have anything to refresh the profile.

The fix for this is to delete the shared calendar/close outlook and readd it, same principle with other peoples inboxes too, though this is proving hard to explain to users and it would be nice if there was a one click fix that kind of readded shared calendars/mailboxes to your outlook profile automatically.
