We have one user with the following problem: I setup a rule for his in outlook to check emails with the subject containing the words "spam alert" Our Anti spam software inserts these words. The rule gets created, runs perfectly manually--darn thing does not run automatically.
I would love to think I have done something wrong but I have done this for other users probably hundreds of times w/o a problem. I deleted and recreated it half dozen times, still nothing. I did google searches and it seems some people are having this problem although I did not find a solution as of yet.
