Ok...I'll throw my $.02 in here... I was told that this happens when someone schedules a meeting with another person. I don't understand why though. I would understand, if you had to access their calendar to schedule that appointment. But you are only accessing the Free/Busy data to schedule an appointment, correct.
We have the same thing in our organization. We have a lot of engineer types that have the group secretary as a delegate on their mailbox, so that person can manage their calendar and handle e-mail requests while the engineers are out in the field. This would explain why those particular individuals have someone else show up in the "Last Logged on By" field.
