Hi Jean-Paul,

I had the exact same question put to me at one of my previous companies and 
basically anytime you access the free/busy of someone else it shows up as a 
logon 
to that mailbox.You don't even have to schedule the meeting just pick a user 
and 
get their free/busy status, this will trigger the event in the log. If you then 
track sent messages of the last logged in user you may see a meeting request 
went 
out at around that time from them. Even if you don't see such a message then 
they 
would still need permissions to be able to actually login to the mailbox.
Alos while a lost of people use Delegates some use the properties of the 
individual 
folder to grant access to others which can sometimes leave mailboxes wide open. 
I 
had a PA open up a VP's Inbox to the whole company once by changing permissions 
via 
the properties tab on his Inbox!
