data in that folder initially.
Only if some of those potential meeting recipients have given Calendar
read access to Everyone or as default, would a direct lookup to the
mailbox be made and a logon event show up. This is what allows you to
see what meeting some people are in, instead of just seeing the
free/busy/oof status in the meeting scheduler pane.
Please correct me if wrong!
