I'm unable to set up user A to be able to send on behalf of user B. User A can send on behalf of user C. User A does not have an exchange mailbox associated with her login. User A and User C were migrated from exchange 5.5 to the current 2003 server. User B was newly created on the 2003 server. User A has Outlook 2002. Here is what I've done. 1) Log on as user B 2) Using Outlook 2002 I've given user A editor permissions of user B's folders. User A is still unable to send on behalf of user B. Approach 2 ... 1) In active directory users and computers open the properties of user B 2) click on the Exchange General Tab 3) Click on Delivery options 4) Click on Add 5) Click on Advanced 6) Click on Find Now 7) A list of users comes up but only those who have exchange mailboxes. Since she doesn't have an exchange mailbox I can't add her. I would guess it can't be done unless the user has an exchange mailbox but if that was the case, she wouldn't be able to send on behalf of user C. If you go into the Exchange Advanced tab of User B and click on Mailbox rights, User A has full control. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.
