Ok...I'm curious... Why don't you: 1. In ADUC, go to the properties of User B. 2. Select the Exchange Advanced tab and click Mailbox Rights... 3. Give User A Full Mailbox access. 4. Click OK and then click the Security tab. 5. Give User A Send As rights. We do it all the time and you can do it with a user that has an AD account but no mailbox.
