I think that may be the way I can win this* the storage capacity every single message has an extra 28k - is there a way ( an easy way) to see how many messages the exchange server sends out daily?

It's not a lot but 28k times how many messages do you send a day? It adds up. If you office is like mine that graphic alone has double to trippled the side of most messages we send. Also if it is included in EVERY message you have just increased the storage needed for every message in the message store. It does start to add up after a while. I was just giving you something to think about and a way to use it to get the code changed.
