Yep, for less than 16 users, you can get BES Small Business Edition. First CAL is free with the free BES software, other CALs are only $99/user. Be sure and get the BES SBE CAL however as the normal BES CAL won't work. Hardware is going to be your biggest cost, if you don't have it on hand.
