My experience is that corporate lawyers spend lots and lots and lots and lots of time focusing on eliminating risks that are likely to never occur or have any impact. I've often wondered why corporations don't just fire the lot of them and spend some of the money on a huge insurance policy. I believe they'd end up many dollars ahead.
