Are you responsible for the iwhc.org domain? http://www.intodns.com/iwhc.org
They have some DNS problems. In the instance below it appears Exchange asked
for their Mx records, didn't get them so connected to the A record for iwhc.org
which is not configured to accept mail for the domain. There's not a problem
with Exchange and the 550 errors are not being generated by your server. I
guess you could have DNS problems as well, but there's no evidence of that in
the sample you provided.

Hi all,

I've been seeing these rejections a little more frequent than before, I have
logging turned up on the SMTP server and all it tells me is basically what
the NDR says- There is no consistency as to who the sender is or the
recipient- it just randomly happens , unfortunately the randomness is now
occurring to upper management :(.
