Are you responsible for the iwhc.org domain? http://www.intodns.com/iwhc.org They have some DNS problems. In the instance below it appears Exchange asked for their Mx records, didn't get them so connected to the A record for iwhc.org which is not configured to accept mail for the domain. There's not a problem with Exchange and the 550 errors are not being generated by your server. I guess you could have DNS problems as well, but there's no evidence of that in the sample you provided.
