Ol2010, It would be ideal to do it without opening the mailbox (or in this case PST) but I'm fighting Lawyers demands here. I did the search of our archive, exported the relevant messages from a number of mailboxes into a single mailbox then churned out the PST because I was told "we need to get them the messages" . < begin rant> Now they want them all either printed (I'd be willing to do this just out of spite) or in PDF form as these highly paid professionals don't seem to have the skillset, tech support or Googling capabilities to add it to an AA's Outlook. <end rant>
