Mainly what I'm looking to find out is if I can go directly from "Service Pack 2 Rollup 2" to "Service pack 3" and then just apply "SP3 Rollup 3". Any known issues with SP3 Rollup 3 or gotchas you can think of would greatly appreciated as well.
