No I don't think it is. Native Outlook/Exchange isn't really meant for that kind of functionality. Once you receive a mail item you can do with it as you wish. There are some third party Data Loss Prevention products that can protect corporate emails from falling into the wrong hands, but not Outlook/Exchange by default. Exchange 2013 introduces the Microsoft version of DLP that can handle sensitive emails and not allow certain actions to be taken on them.
