Hi all,
I have created a public folder mailbox, and a public folder in EX2013 , I have
granted my user ALL permissions over it,
the issue I have is that when I login to Outlook (2010 non-cached mode) and try
to create a subfolder , I get the error below
"cannot create the folder, You do not have sufficient permission to perform
this operation on this object, See the folder contact or your system
administrator.
When I go into outlook, expand public folders, check the properties (security)
it confirms that I have OWNER and all permissions.

HyperV2012 Guest, EX2013, Outlook2010 , from 7Pro in cached mode, and 2008rds
in NON cache mode
