Hi, Pat.  He's running NT 4, SP5.  He is in our Chesapeake, VA office.
I couldn't get to his event log.  His assistant sent us the dump file
that was created.  But, there was nothing helpful, just a bunch of numbers
and "State Dump of Thread Id 0xeb" statements.
