First, tell us what services are in your profile. Internet mail vs.
Exchange, etc. Tell us what version of Outlook you're using. Address a
message to the person, hit [ctrl+k] to resolve it agains the GAL,
right-click it, choose properties, addresses, and see what address types
this recipient has available. Okay, I just realized I need you to send
your server here. Let's start off with "What version of Outlook, and
is it running in Internet Mail mode, or Corporate/Workgroup mode, and
what is listed in every box of the profile?"

Then take a look at the checklist
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q197/4/17.ASP

$245 will get you back online with PSS. This may be a wise $245.
