I only had to call PSS once, but it was the best $250 of my companies
money I ever spent. They took something I had been working on for hours
and fixed it in minutes. Then they told me what caused it, how to keep

First, tell us what services are in your profile.  Internet mail vs.
Exchange, etc.  Tell us what version of Outlook you're using.  Address a
message to the person, hit [ctrl+k] to resolve it agains the GAL,
right-click it, choose properties, addresses, and see what address types
this recipient has available.  Okay, I just realized I need you to send
your server here.   Let's start off with "What version of Outlook, and
is it running in Internet Mail mode, or Corporate/Workgroup mode, and
what is listed in every box of the profile?"
