We use Exchange 5.5 for our internal and customer email. The customer
email goes directly through the exchange server, and works fine. We
suspect that the internal mail routes through another server in house
before getting to the exchange server. The person who configured and setup
our mail network is not available so we cannot confirm exactly what's
going on. When anyone tries sending mail internally, we get a "No
transport provider available" error. We scoured through the MS KB and
found a few references to this error, however none seem to exemplify our
situation. We are currently without mail and are in need of assistance. If
anyone can suggest anything we may be able to look at or possible causes
for this problem, your help is greatly appreciated. Most of us here are
pretty tech savy although we are not real familiar with exchange server.
