Ed, The mailbox size limit on the Server is 300MB. Her .pst was opened temporarily to retreive her eMails, Calendar appoinments, etc for permanent storage in her Exchange Mailbox. During the moving of a large folder to the Server, she exceeded the size limit of her new mailbox. >From what I heard (I was of course not in the office at the time), she did the equivalent of a "move & paste" and not a "copy & paste".
