The PAB is a file, similar in nature to a .pst, that resides locally on the
client machine. If the machine's hard drive dies, so does the PAB. That also
means they are accessible to the client only when logging on to that
particular machine. Contacts are stored in the Exchange database, and are so
backed up as part of the mailbox, and are available no matter what machine
the user logs onto.

Subject: PAB or Contacts

Hello!

I am sure this issue has been discussed somewhere before, however I must
have missed a recent debate!

Is there a discussion on whether end users should use PAB's or Contacts?
I have heard from a few people that Contacts are the way we should go...

Your thoughts?

Thank you!
