Hello.

This is weird (if there is such a thing).

We have a user who is unable to send email to a specific address. Each
time she attempts to send an email, it is returned with the message;

Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
        The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=Regional
Municip;l=<myservernamegoeshere>-011023132031Z-5973

I have tracked the message and it does not make it out through our SMTP
server. It appears to be an internal issue.

We have reinstalled the Outlook client, removed the user's Personal
Address Book (in case there was a conflicting address in there), checked
her Contacts for a similar address and can not find anything. I have even
moved her to another Exchange server within our Organization, but to no
avail.

Even if the user logs into another computer she still cannot send an email
to this one address. This makes me think there is something associated
with the client's profile, however, at this point, I cannot find it.

What am I missing? Thank you for any help with this one...

Bob P. Antonietti
