That would be a question for a MS Active Sync mailing list, I should think.

On the road it's HP Jornada 720 and MS Active Sync. I'm on the road. I dial and connect to the Exchange Server and sychronize my folders, then disconnect. I read my email. I reply to a message from an external address, ie- [EMAIL PROTECTED] This message sits in my Outbox. I dial back in later and sync my folders. I get "Error sending message. Unable to sent the message. Please check the SMTP host name or try again later." The reply remains in my outbox unsent. That is, until I return to the office and sync up my Jornada to my Outlook inbox. It immediately gets sent then. Question: how do I get the reply sent while on the road? Or is it not possible due to Exchange disallowing relaying? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
