Resources - ideal !

Incidentally, I read somewhere recently that a balance of 1 IT technician to
about 60 or 80 end users is sufficient for all aspects of IT support.

I've managed a small team in the past of 2 technicians (and myself) for over
400 users, spread over 7 sites. It was very difficult to provide a good
service with these few resources, even with remote control of the servers in
the different offices.
