I think you're both right. It's just time to wipe Outlook and the mailbox
and rebuild it.

Thanx for all your help

Option 1 -

        - Archive current Calendar data.
        - Remove all data from current Calendar.
        - Does the problem still occur?
        - Create new appointment.
        - Try to run "Clean Free/Busy"
        - If successful, then add small groups of appointments back to
Calendar until problem recurs.
        - Tedious isn't it?
        - If not, see Option 2

Option 2 -

        - Rebuild users Calendar.
        - Use MS Exchange client to rename existing Calendar.
        - Go back to Outlook and create new Calendar.
        - See if problem recurs.
        - If so, go to Option 3

Option 3 -

        - Rebuild users mailbox.

Another thought - did this user use Schedule + prior to Outlook 2000 being
installed? If so you might make sure it gets removed. (Be aware you may
have to reinstall Outlook 2000 after doing so. Then again maybe not).

Regards.
