Move users over using Active Directory Users and Computers (plan for 1 gig/hour) while users are logged on to 3. Replicate public folders, after replication rehome to new server 4. Set up internet mail connector, once tested and working change to a lower cost than the 5.5 internet mail connector 5. Update MX records with ISP, add MX record on internal dns server 6.
