Actually, once access to the GAL has been restricted, there is /no/ Global
Address List and the Global Address List that is presented is a construct.
The rules for population of this virtual construct are to the best of my
knowledge the same in E2K and 5.5... And the link I gave earlier in this
thread still applies AFAIK.
