That will work, and work pretty well, with Outlook 2002. But that is a client, not a server, solution.

Outlook 2000, rather than Outlook Express, might do the trick. Outlook 2000 can be configured with multiple profiles. You could theoretically have one for your POP3 mail and one for your Exchange mail.
