set up a sendmail smart relay host on linux and use MILTER with your choice
of vendor scan engine.  i use McAfee virus scan for unix in my current
trials.  it seems to work ok. and is probably a cheaper solution

of course you will need to have a little unix sysadmin and development
skills.
