You can't run /cleanfreebusy when the user is offline. That switch deletes
all published freebusy information for the user and recreates it based on
the calendar entries stored in the server copy of the mailbox.

When he is offline, his calendar will not match what's on the server,
because he's OFFLINE! What are you asking? Is there even a problem here?

I have a customer who works offline exclusively. When he is offline his
calendar does not match whats on the Exchange Server. Tried recreation of
the .ost no luck. /cleanfreebusy returns the message in the subject line.

Any ideas? I am desperate.
