Update: I completely deleted the profile using the undocumented switch (From O'Reilly and Associates) /cleanprofile, I also physically deleted all of the files in his Application Data/Outlook folder .FAV, .OST etc. And still have the problem. Any other ideas, this is starting to get critical. What do you think about a problem with the actual NT profile?
