What lengths are you willing to go to in clipping his wings ? 4. What pull do you have over him [photos, evidence, etc.] ? 5. How fast can you get savvy on GP and AD and permissions ?
There are ways to put not-too-savvy people in boxes it will take them months to figure their way out of. By then, maybe he'll get promoted to Marketing or Sales.
