I recently applied for a job which requires experience with at least 20,000 users. The job would be as a Exchange Admin. , part of a team. They said I have all the qualifications except no 20,000 environment experience. Even though over the past 5 years I have had experience at sites ranging from say a few hundred to 7,000, it seems its 20,000 experience or nothing. I was curious as to how many here have experience with 20,000+ and what is the real difference between say 5,000 and 20,000 except for more servers, more connections and more users, hence more calls?
