Hmmmm....Well, you can import and export rules. I think they are in a PST on the local machine. Check out Q241325 But remember, if he switches to client side rules, he probably wont like the results. Especially if he is moving email to folders, etc.
This is kind of one of those things that the user hates, and you can do little about. Ill bet if the guy goes through his rules, he could find a few to dump.
