Just got done battling the Winmail.dat problem. Netscape users e.i POP3 
users will receive this if RTF is turned on for POP3. We had to do this do 
make Netfolders (which requires RTF) users who were using the Internet 
service on Outlook 2000. Where exactly did you turn on RTF. Which protocol?
