That worked. Thank you. It was creating the default recipient policy as mydomain.local rather than mydomain.com. One more question...are there certain ports that must be enabled (other than port 80)for OWA to work through http://publicIP/exchange/bob if you are setup to port-forward from a private IP to a public IP?
