I have this exact problem. I think it has something to do with the NAV running on the Exchange server, but it hasen't become a big enough problem here to warrant disabling the scanners for a test. Jim

I can select that ONE message and move it to a PST file, but I can't move more than one at a time. We have 3 Exchange 5.5 servers with SP4 on them, and the problem is occurring on all servers.
