Please try including the previous discussion thread so we can follow this.

It sounds like you may have to move the already replicated DLs into the
Native mode domain first.  "Movetree" from the Support Tools/Resource Kit
would be a suitable tool for this.  Alternatively and since you still appear
to have only a one-way Connection Agreement, you could delete them from the
Mixed Mode domain, then delete and re-create the Connection Agreement to
point to the new domain.  Worth testing in your test lab first though.

Exchange will then automatically promote them to USGs when it detects they
are used to ACL a PF.  Check the event log on the Exchange Box though for
any failures in this process.
