Hello Antigen users, I have Exchange 5.5 on NT 4 server. I am using Antigen 6.2 for Exchange. We've been using Antigen for over a year and just about 2 months we started having problems with automatic update feature. It runs into problems with renaming directories. To fix the problem, I have to stop Exchange, reboot the server and then rename the directories. It's very frustrating because I can only do this on Weekend. I've tried their tech support and they keep giving me directions for manual update (mentioned above). I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the software but with no use.
