We had a similar problem about a month ago. The support I received from
them was outstanding. Here is what they suggested I do:

Try using our ftp site instead of the http site: If you right mouse click
on the Network update path, select ftp and it will automatically change to
the FTP site for download for your engines and then click update now.
If that does not work then modify the registry value that holds the timeout
setting:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Sybari Software\6.0\EngineDownloadTimeout

This value is measured in seconds and is set to 120 (decimal) by default.
Changing it to 300 (5 minutes) usually resolved any timeout problems. Keep
in mind this registry change, the Antigen and Exchange services DON'T
require restarting.

The default timeout has been changed to 300 seconds in Antigen 6.5.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Antigen Question

Hello Antigen users,

I have Exchange 5.5 on NT 4 server. I am using Antigen 6.2 for Exchange.
We've been using Antigen for over a year and just about 2 months we started
having problems with automatic update feature. It runs into problems with
renaming directories. To fix the problem, I have to stop Exchange, reboot
the server and then rename the directories. It's very frustrating because I
can only do this on Weekend. I've tried their tech support and they keep
giving me directions for manual update (mentioned above). I've even
uninstalled and reinstalled the software but with no use.

Any help will be appreciated.

Sandhya
