Exchange 5.5 SP4 Lately multiple Outlook 2000 clients have called that they are not able to move multiple messages within their mailboxes or to public folders. I have confirmed that it is indeed a problem. It seems that any message with an attachment, big or small, can only be moved one at a time. Trying to move two or more messages with attachments fails. Messages without attachments do not seem to be having a problem. Furthermore, when I tried to move messges by archiving the folder, archiving failed with a message that said it was unable to move them. I used to be able to grap every message in a folder and move it without a problem.
1. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you have a solution? 2. Could it be that my the virus software is trying to scan these messages with attachments and is causing the failure? I am using Groupshield for Exchange. I have been using this for several years, and this problem never before existed. I am going to follow up with them as well. 3. Could any of the latest MS security patches be causing this type of problem? Any help is appreciated Thank You, Valerie _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
