I have seen this with NAV for Exchange and to a lesser extent with Groupshield.
What I do is the following: 1) Select one or more messages and right click on them to select "Open Selected Items" 2) Wait for the "open" process to complete (part of this process is that the AV software scans the attachments). 3) Once the "open" process is complete try moving the messages again. (Start with one for a test, but feel free to select multiples - this has worked for me). I hope this helps.
