Paul, I've now been pointed to the definitive statement on high encryption, http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/TechNet/security/ issues/crypload.asp I suspect I need to reinstall SP6a to ensure everything is correctly upgraded to high encryption.
